White Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups mild cream
4 eggs
12 oz white chocolate coarsely chopped
1 half of cups sugar
2 cups heavy cream
Method:
Scald the mild cream in pinnacle of double boiler set over simmering water.
Add the chocolate. Reduce warmness so the water slightly simmers and prepare dinner dinner till the chocolate
is melted, stirring occasionally.
Remove from warmness. Using a electric powered mixer, beat the eggs in medium bowl.
Add the sugar and maintain beating till all of the sugar is dissolved.
Slowly blend withinside the chocolate mixture. Beat withinside the heavy cream.
Refrigerate till properly chilled. Pour into the ice cream maker the use of it in accordance to
manufacturer’s instructions.
Freeze in covered field at least four hours.
