Paneer Stuffed Simla Mirch
Ingredients:
green simla mirch – two
oil – one spoon
For the stuffing:
paneer – a hundred gm
frozen peas (soaked in water for five minutes) – one little bowl
ginger grated – one spoon
salt to style
corainder leaves cut
green chillies one cut in small items
technique:
Grate the paneer.
Add paneer, peas, grated ginger, coriander and salt and blend together. Keep aside.
Take simla mirch, take away the highest with a knife therefore on create a gap in it.
Fill it with 0.5 the mixture. Repeat for the opposite mirch too.
currently take a baking tray, place some oil round the mirch victimization your fingers and detain the

Bake at 350 degree for approx. forty minutes.
take away and cut the mirches in 2 on the length.
